The new hearding aids are getting better every day. It's hard to believe they are working better than my old ones and cost less than one quarter the price. The charging system is very impressive but I have to improve how I install them in my ears. When I get them in correctly, I have to turn down the TV sound. Before I got the new hearing aids my right ear only produced very weak sound but I think it may be improving with the new hearing units. I wish I had known about them sooner.
They work fine once you figure out the right size for your ear. They ring in your ears when you’re trying to put them in, but once you let go it stops ringing, still trying to get the settings right, but overall it’s a great improvement
I bought them for my lovely girlfriend because she has a lot of trouble hearing. She is, very slowly, trying to adapt to them, but it is already having great effects!

I am a hyper skeptical person...I tested a pair, from a local outfit...They did help and I was given the sales pitch.....I was debating the $5,000+ dollars for something that would last possibly 5 years...I was quite apprehensive, and decided to sleep on it...My wife spent the night googling hearing aids and found you guys...I/we were a bit skeptical so we decided to try Costco....I was put on a ONE YEAR waiting list!! We then decided to try your hearing aids...Ordered them and received them in less than a week....Once charged, I tried them, and I can honestly that they performed equally, I would even say possibly better, than the $5,000 aids....I am a musician and play in loud rooms sometimes...I tried them in a loud room, switched modes and was beyond please with the background noise disappearing...It was WAY better than the $5,000 pair that I was trying....I do not need Bluetooth or fancy apps...I just need to hear better, and now I can.! It is a huge relief knowing that this was not a "scam", and the care and attention to every question was fantastic!! I would, and will, recommend you aids to anyone... Congratulations on being such a great company!!....I am adding to write that my review is 100% genuine and unsolicited.
There is precious little information as to how to use it, it did not come with the package, I have been using trial and error method to figure out how to use it.
They make me tired. I can only wear them 5 or 6 hours at a time, but I am sure that is true with any new hearing aid wearer. My dog tried to eat the Left one. It seems to function correctly, but it is misshapen, so I am not sure I should try to wear it. My left ear is the better of my ears. My right ear is almost completely deaf.
I am still in the learning phase. The order arrived on time without any problems. All of the online help has been great. I like the size and the charging system. There are times when I don't think I want to be using it, like in my workshop or when running power tools. I still have some areas that I want to check out and see how it works in a crowd, like in church. I hope I don't end up singing too loud or off key. I will give you more of a review in a month.
Overall, my husband likes the hearing aids. Left one hurts to wear but even one helps tremendously. They have a long battery life which is also good.
He does not like the wire that sticks out for putting in and removal. Looks like an antenna. He’s used to a more discreet design.
Been wearing them for just over 1 week. Had a feedback issue after a few days but called and got assistance to correct the issue. Since then no problem. I can feel the difference more each day. Great purchase !
My first pair of hearing aids were $5,700.00 prescription over the ear type. They lasted ten years and were fine except for changing the batteries every week.
Unable to afford the prescription type again, I decided to take a chance on these Future Hearing, hearing aids that I received about two weeks ago. My primary advantage over some folks is that I’ve been wearing aids for several years now. So I didn’t have to go through that two or three weeks of adjusting to wearing them and allowing for that ear and brain adjustment that is necessary for most first time users.
It’s been a great experience so far.
Being my first “in ear” aids, I have had to learn how to put them in properly and found doing so in front of a mirror helps a lot. Inserting correctly is so important for comfort purposes and to squelch the whistling feedback. Proper earbud selection is imperative as well. All this is stated clearly in the instructions.
This is my second pair of OTC aids and these are so beyond superior to the brand X I purchased last year. Another feature I love about my newest pair is how easy and simple they are to operate.
One button to cycle through six volume settings and four program settings. The button is responsive and easily accessible. Love the charging/storage case as well. How it shows the charge status of the case and the aids. And how it turns the aid’s off automatically when you put them in the case. And also how the aids power on within a few seconds once removed from the case. Lastly, the Program 2, (noise cancelling program) really has been a help when in restaurants and church. Not true of any of my previous devices.
So far, best purchase I’ve made in 2026.
My husband wears them everyday and loves them. He forgets he has them in. He can't believe the difference in his hearing.
On the other hand I am returning my set. I am almost completely deaf in my left ear. I have worn them in different environments, doctor's office, grocery store, watching tv and it doesn't matter what setting I have them on, I still can't hear. I am disappointed but know that I need to get prescription hearing aids, but it was worth the try.
Absolutely amazed as they're compatible to my old hearing aides at an eighth of the price. Recharging is easy--no more struggling with expensive short lived tiny batteries.
The delivery was quick and great communication from beginning to end. Would definitely purchase from seller again. Hearing aids work great so far, too.
